Mr. Hoppy is a very shy man who lives in a flat by himself, and he retiered his job a few years ago. His only hobby is gurdening, so he has a wonderful gurden in his balcony.
Here is his secret.. He falls in love with a woman who lives the same flat building and just below his room. He always greets her from his balcony and he wants to talk with her more. Soon he find that the woman has a little wish to her tortoise, and he knows a magical word to help her.
So he helps her and trys to be closer friend...

This book was really easy to read, because it is short and has lots of pictures. It was like a picture book! Of course the story is good, so I recommend it to everyone. We just need 30 minutes to read this, so if someone has a free time, just feel free to try it!
